What I Offer

Therapies

I offer three complementary therapeutic approaches — counselling, hypnotherapy, and sylvotherapy — which can be used individually or blended depending on what feels right for you.

1Counselling

Counselling offers a confidential, compassionate space where you can pause, breathe, and explore what's happening in your life with someone who is fully present and on your side. It's a collaborative process that supports you in making sense of your experiences, understanding your emotions, and finding ways forward that feel authentic and sustainable.

People come to counselling for many reasons — stress, anxiety, grief, relationship challenges, life transitions, or simply a sense that something needs to shift. Whatever brings you here, counselling provides a steady, non-judgemental place to talk openly and be met with respect, curiosity, and care.

Together, we can:

  • Explore difficult emotions safely and without judgement
  • Untangle patterns that feel stuck or overwhelming
  • Build resilience, confidence, and self-understanding
  • Reconnect with your strengths, values, and sense of possibility
  • Create meaningful change in a way that honours who you are

For some people, counselling is a place to heal. For others, it's a place to grow, reflect, or rediscover themselves. For many, it becomes a grounding space where they can simply be — without masks, expectations, or pressure.

2Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy is a gentle, evidence-based talking therapy that uses focused attention, relaxation, and guided imagery to help you access your inner resources and create meaningful change. It's not about losing control — quite the opposite. Hypnotherapy helps you tap into a calm, receptive state where your mind becomes more open to insight, new perspectives, and healthier patterns.

You remain fully aware, fully yourself, and able to choose what feels right at every step. Many people describe the experience as deeply soothing, similar to daydreaming or drifting into a peaceful, reflective space.

Hypnotherapy can support a wide range of concerns, including stress, anxiety, confidence, habits, sleep difficulties, and emotional overwhelm. It can also be a powerful tool for personal growth, self-connection, and strengthening your sense of inner steadiness.

Together, we can work towards:

  • Reducing stress and calming an overactive mind
  • Easing anxiety and emotional tension
  • Supporting behaviour change and breaking unhelpful patterns
  • Improving sleep and relaxation
  • Building confidence, motivation, and self-belief
  • Strengthening your connection to inner resources and resilience

Many people find hypnotherapy offers a sense of clarity, peace, and renewed possibility — a space where change feels both gentle and achievable.

3Sylvotherapy

Sylvotherapy, sometimes called forest therapy, is a gentle, evidence-informed practice that supports wellbeing through mindful, sensory connection with trees and the natural world. It offers a chance to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with your body's innate capacity for balance and ease.

I offer bespoke sylvotherapy sessions designed around your needs and intentions — whether you're seeking grounding, stress relief, creative renewal, or simply a deeper relationship with nature. Sessions are available for individuals and for small groups of up to six, creating a calm, held space for shared exploration.

Sylvotherapy sessions take place in various locations across Surrey and the South East and last 60–90 minutes.

Sylvotherapy can support:

  • Stress reduction and nervous system regulation
  • Emotional grounding and clarity
  • Creative renewal and inspiration
  • A deeper sense of connection and belonging
