I offer a free 15-minute telephone consultation so you can ask any questions, and we can get a sense of whether we're a good fit. If you feel comfortable with me, we can arrange a time and day for a regular weekly session.

For individuals, usually on a weekly basis.
Smoking Cessation

120-minute session
An intensive hypnotherapy session for stopping smoking.
Sylvotherapy — Individual

60–90 minutes, agreed location
A bespoke nature-based session, just for you.
Sylvotherapy — Small Group
£35
per person (up to 6), or £180 flat
A calm, held space for shared exploration.
Please note: Sylvotherapy travel and any additional location costs are not included.
Cancellations: If you want to cancel an appointment I require 48 hours' notice; otherwise, you will still need to pay for any sessions missed.
Payment: I accept payment in cash or by bank transfer.
