Hello, my name is Sarah and I am a qualified and accredited counsellor, hypnotherapist, and sylvotherapy practitioner. I offer a calm, compassionate space for you to explore what's happening in your life. My approach is grounded in respect, curiosity, and the belief that each person has the capacity for growth and change when supported with care and understanding.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent over thirty years working in the creative arts and higher education. That experience has given me a deep understanding of life transitions and the uncertainty they can bring.

My approach is flexible and responsive, drawing from different therapeutic methods to meet you where you are. This helps create a process that feels supportive, personal, and meaningful to you. Counselling offers a reflective, relational space to explore emotions, patterns, and challenges. Hypnotherapy can support profound change in habits and beliefs. Sylvotherapy, nature-based therapeutic work, invites a reconnection with the natural world, helping to restore balance, calm, and clarity.

Whether you are facing anxiety, stress, grief, low confidence, life transitions, or simply a sense of feeling stuck, I offer a supportive environment where you can move at your own pace.
